Bio Based PU
- Raw materials: pineapple, grape skin, cactus, seaweed, trees and bamboo etc.
- Use special technology to make pulp that meets fibre production requirements.
- The pulp is processed into high-quality, multi-functional, degradable cellulose fibre and viscose fibre, and then made into filament yarn and staple fibre with natural antibacterial and skin-friendly properties.
- Biodegradable PU substrate is made from biodegradable fibre by knitting, woven and non-woven methods.
- PU base made by wet process.
- The surface layer of PU is made by a dry process and can be degraded. The bio-substrate can also be degraded.

The 8 heavy metals do not exceed the standard:
- Lead < 90ppm
- Cadmium < 75ppm
- Formaldehyde < 75ppm
- Hexavalent chromium < 3ppm
- Azo < 5ppm
- Nickel < 0.05
- APEO（Alkylphenol） < 100ppm
- AP<10PPM
- Dry wipe level 4, wet wipe Level 3 (carbon black product wet wipe Level 2)
- Dmfa < 500ppm (headspace / extraction) without PVC component
- Yellowing resistance grade: Grade 4
- Flame retardants are prohibited
The total of 18 polycyclic aromatic compounds is less than 10ppm, and each item is less than 0.5
